1. Obtain API Credentials

To connect your Omniva account with ShipWisely, we need API credentials. These credentials automate communication with Omniva when you create shipments, print labels, and order courier pickups through the ShipWisely dashboard.

You can get your API username and password by emailing your Omniva Account Manager or contacting Support.

This is an example email you can use to request an API username and password:

Subject: API Credentials
Body: Hello, I would like to request API credentials for the live environment to integrate Omniva with an order management software, ShipWisely. My customer account is [ACCOUNT NAME].

2. Configure Omniva Integration

  1. Go to Carriers β†’ Omniva

  2. Enter your Omniva API credentials. The API username and API password should have been provided previously by your Omniva account manager or support.

  3. Click on the "Save" buttonΒ to complete the integration process.

You are now ready to manage your shipments!Β You can create shipments, print shipping labels, and arrange pickups directly from the ShipWisely dashboard with the Omniva integration.
