Follow the ShipWisely setup that matches your Shopify plan – pickup points at checkout, or right after payment.

ShipWisely lets your customers pick a pickup point or parcel locker for their order. The exact experience depends on your Shopify plan: customers either select a location at checkout or immediately after payment on the Thank-you page. ShipWisely detects your plan at install and automatically enables the applicable flow for your store.
Two setup paths
Pickup at checkout – Plus, Advanced, Grow (annual)
Pickup points appear as live shipping options at Shopify checkout. You configure carriers, rates, and conditional pricing inside the ShipWisely app; Shopify pulls rates from ShipWisely at checkout and displays them according to your configuration and rules.

Pickup after payment – Basic, Grow (monthly)
Shopify doesn't allow live carrier rates on these plans; the customer picks a carrier at checkout and then chooses the specific pickup location on the Thank-you page. You configure shipping options in Shopify settings, then link them to ShipWisely carriers in the app.

Good to know: If you change your Shopify plan, ShipWisely re-detects on the next session and switches flows automatically. You don't need to reinstall.
